Social Media Content Creator

Baetna / Brands4s is hiring a full-time Social Media Content Creator to produce daily short-form video content showcasing our products, store, and brand, from our showroom at the corner of Makka Street and Al-Sitteen (Sixty) Street in Khartoum, Sudan.
This is a hands-on, high-output role — you'll be filming, editing, and posting every working day.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit a minimum of 3 short-form videos per day (product showcases, store content, behind-the-scenes, trends)
- Post content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions and new arrivals
- Track performance (views, engagement) and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Coordinate with the sales/showroom team for filming access and product info
- Stay current with social media trends relevant to our audience in Sudan
Must Have
- Sudanese national (required)
- Proven experience creating short-form video content (portfolio required)
- Skilled with a smartphone camera and mobile/desktop editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Available full-time, on-site at the Khartoum showroom
- Arabic fluency required; English is a plus
Nice to have
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, trends, and pacing
- Experience in e-commerce or retail content
- Basic graphic design skills
