Sales Associate

Baetna / Brands4s is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for our showroom at the corner of Makka Street and Al-Sitteen (Sixty) Street in Khartoum, Sudan.
You'll be the face of our brand to customers — greeting them, understanding what they need, guiding them through our furniture and home-goods showroom, closing sales, and keeping the showroom organized and well presented. This is a full-time, on-site role working the showroom's hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products
- Process sales accurately through our POS system
- Maintain product displays, pricing, and showroom organization
- Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on stock availability and delivery
- Work the showroom's hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Fridays
Must Have
- Sudanese national (required)
- Good communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus
- Friendly, customer-focused, and reliable personality
- Comfortable with POS systems / basic computer skills
- Able to work full-time on-site, including the Friday evening shift
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales or retail
- Experience in furniture or home-goods retail
- Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for customer engagement
